Return and Exchange Policy
At Jacket Xperts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Returns
You can return new, unused, and unaltered items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After 30 days but within 45 days, we will provide store credit instead. Please ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging and condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 45 days.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item within 30 days using your preferred carrier and place a new order for the desired product.
Return Shipping and Refund Processing
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds cover only the item price and do not include shipping, handling, duties, or other fees. If you haven’t received your refund after 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible as we begin processing your order immediately.
Damages and Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt, keeping all packaging for inspection. Most products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects. Please send your item, along with your order number and contact details, to our returns department for assistance.
Order Accuracy and Support
If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and correct your order promptly. International buyers should contact us before returning any items to ensure a smooth process.
