How to Measure

Proper measurements ensure a perfect fit. Here’s a guide to help you measure accurately:

  • Height: Stand next to a wall and place a ruler horizontally on your head. Mark the point where the ruler touches the wall. Measure the distance from the floor to the mark.
  • Neck: Measure around your neck at the collar level.
  • Chest/Bust: Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest, across the nipples. Wrap the tape around your armpits, shoulder blades, and back to the front.
  • Shoulder: With your arms down and shoulders back, measure from the edge of your left shoulder to the edge of your right shoulder along the top, just below the base of the collar.
  • Upper Arm/Bicep: Wrap the tape tightly around the widest part of your upper arm, just under your underarm.
  • Waist: Measure around your waist at the natural waistline, located above your belly button and below your rib cage.
  • Sleeves: With your arm at your side, measure from the end of your shoulder to your wrist.
  • Length: Measure from the base of the collar down the back to your desired length.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, ensuring the tape is level and over the largest part.
  • Out-seam: Measure from the top of the waistband to the desired bottom of the trousers.
  • Inseam: Measure from the upper inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle.
  • Palm: Measure from the edge of your middle finger to the start of your wrist.
  • Shoes: Measure foot length and width in millimeters, based on ISO 9407:1991 for shoe fitting.

Take your time and follow these steps to ensure precise measurements for the perfect fit.
